"If I could leave zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Agent Griffen promised that my new State Farm policy would match my previous Allstate coverage, including rental car coverage. After my accident on July 6th, I found out rental coverage was NOT included — even though he clearly assured me it would be. When I reached out, not only did Griffen dodge my calls, but the entire Bradford O’Neil office has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Even after acknowledging the mistake, they’ve done nothing to fix it or accommodate me. I’ve been without a vehicle for over a week, and no one seems to care. No follow-up, no accountability, no solution. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that values honesty, follow-through, and basic customer care — because you won’t find it here."

"This office completely lacks accountability and professionalism. I was promised by Agent Griffen that my new State Farm policy would match my previous coverage with Allstate, including rental car coverage. After an accident, I found out that rental wasn’t included—despite his clear reassurance. What’s worse is that after admitting it was a mistake on their end, no one has taken steps to fix it. Griffen has ignored my calls, and the Bradford O’Neil office has shown zero urgency or effort to accommodate me. I’ve been without a car for almost 2 weeks, and they’ve done absolutely nothing to make it right. If you’re looking for an agency that stands by their word or takes care of their clients—this is NOT it."

"I strongly advise others to be cautious when working with the Bradford O’Neil State Farm office. I was assured by Agent Griffen that my new policy would include the same coverage I had with Allstate, including rental coverage. After an accident, I found out rental coverage was NOT included—despite his clear promise. The entire office has been unresponsive, unhelpful, and dismissive of my concerns. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing."
